This Privacy Policy explains what information Expertland LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("GalaxyBrain", "we", "us"), collects when you use galaxybrain.live (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

  • Chat content. Messages you send to GalaxyBrain and the replies it generates are processed in real time. We do not store or retain chat history.
  • Device identifier. We generate a random device ID stored locally in your browser to enable rate limiting and session continuity.
  • Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics.

How we use information

  • To provide and operate the Service (delivering AI replies).
  • To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.
  • To improve prompts, models, and product quality.
  • To communicate material changes to the Service.

Third-party services

  • Backend infrastructure. We use a managed cloud backend to operate the Service.
  • AI providers. Messages are sent to third-party AI model providers (such as Google and OpenAI) via our AI gateway in order to generate replies. Providers process the messages under their own privacy terms.
  • Amazon Associates Program. Some replies include product mentions wrapped as Amazon search links. Clicking one takes you to Amazon.com, which processes that visit under its own privacy terms; if you make a qualifying purchase, GalaxyBrain may earn an advertising fee. We do not share your chat content with Amazon — only the search term embedded in the link, which is generated server-side from the relevant recommendation.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to remember your preferences and store an anonymous device identifier. You can clear these via your browser at any time.

Your choices and rights

  • You may request deletion of any data we hold by emailing us at the address below.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (see the regional sections below). Contact us to exercise them.

EU / UK / EEA / Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Expertland LLC is the controller of your personal data. Our legal bases for processing are: (a) performance of a contractwhen we provide the Service to you; (b) legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service and preventing abuse; and (c) consent where required.

You have the right to:

  • Access, rectify, or erase your personal data.
  • Restrict or object to processing, including objecting to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

California (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; request access to or deletion of your personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

International data transfers

GalaxyBrain is operated from the United States, and our service providers may process your data in the United States and other countries. Where required (for example, transfers from the EEA / UK / Switzerland), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

Children

GalaxyBrain is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and security

We do not retain chat history. Usage and analytics data is kept only as needed to operate and secure the Service. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
